ESSENTIAL BOOSTER FOR THE NEWLY BORN

BIO-START A natural product available in bolus form. Contains Bovine Colostrum and Egg Powder and Probiotics (Yogurt).

Bio-Start, a natural product produced from yoghurt and colostrum cultures. The host specific probiotic will help maintain a healthy balance of beneficial bacteria in the intestine. Two bolus should be administered immediately after birth and then one a day for three days. For bought in calves two bolus should be given immediately they arrive on the farm. calves should be rested for 4-6 hours before being fed.

Electrolytes

Hydro-lyte

Hydrolyte contains electrolytes, glucose, citric acid and amino acids for re-hydration in calves.

Hydrolyte contains essential vitamins replace those lost during rehydration and to help develop the calves natural immunity.

Hydrolyte contains essential trace elements for the healthy growth and development of young animals.

Hydrolyte also contains Biostart a natural source of rich specific proteins and probiotics.

All bought in calves must be rested for 4-6 hours before being fed two litres of warm water containing 50g (1 scoop) of Hydrolyte. Continue to feed Hydrolyte in the milk replacer for a further 1-2 days.

During rehydration withdraw milk replacer and offer 2 litres per feed 2-3 times a day of Hydrolyte for 2 days. Re-introduce calf milk at full strength but at reduced quantity containing Hydrolyte for a further 1-2 days.

Fybro-Lyte

Fybro-lyte contains high concentrations of electrolytes and natural herbal fibres and gels to help remove pathogenic bacteria and slow down the peristalsis in the gut to allow improved absorption of fluids. The gels also protect the villi lining the intestines preventing damage occurring which can have lasting effect on the performance of the animal.

Calf Gain milk supplement
