DAIRY BOOST

Dairy Boost :- is a premium fat premix based on highly digestible fats, specific fish oils, glucose and choline chloride.  

The fats/oils plus glucose in Dairy Boost are stabilised in such a way to give a slow release of energy without affecting rumen function. This slow release also ensures maximum utilisation of energy leading to greater efficiency.  

Dairy Boost provides over 250% more energy per Kg compared to standard forage.

 Research has shown that the use of quality fish oil with high concentration of Omega 3 essential fatty acids (DHA and EPA) has resulted in improved fertility.

 Trials have also shown improved liver function with fish oils which can be further enhanced by feeding choline chloride.

 When to feed

Dairy Boost is designed for the high yielding dairy cow, particularly in the first 120 days when she struggles to meet energy requirements. Dairy Boost will help increase the energy density of the ration when the quality of the available forage in not ideal for dairy cows.

Feeding essential fatty acids (EPA/DHA) have a two-fold effect

2.      Reduction in fat storage within the liver
